Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to sign up. You can explore the full feature set of your chosen plan before paying anything.
All subscription payments go through Razorpay. You can pay via UPI, credit or debit card, or net banking. Payments are billed monthly and confirmed instantly. Marginn never sees or stores your card details.
Upgrades and downgrades are instant and self-serve from Settings → Subscription inside the app. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are scheduled to apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep access until you’ve paid for.
No. Each plan is a flat monthly rate that covers the full user limit shown above. You will never be charged per seat.
You own your data. Before cancelling, export everything from Settings → Account as JSON or Excel. Once you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from our systems within 24 hours.
You'll see a warning banner once you cross 80% of any limit, well before you run out. If you do reach the limit, creating new records is blocked with a clear upgrade prompt. Nothing is ever silently dropped or fails without telling you.
No. Monthly limits (quotes, invoices, RFQs, requisitions, email sends) reset to zero on the 1st of every calendar month. Total limits, like active machines or stored customers, are cumulative and don't reset. They just reflect what's currently active in your account.
It's a single combined counter across every outbound email: quote sends, invoice sends, PO sends, payment reminders, payment receipts, job-completion notices, and scheduled reports like your weekly summary or GST summary. Account emails like team invites are not counted.
Your data stays safe and untouched, but you'll need to activate a paid plan from Settings → Subscription to keep using the app. Nothing is deleted just because your trial expired.
Yes. Every price shown on this page is inclusive of GST. You won't see any extra tax added at checkout.
